Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Within 48 hours of receiving a Confirmed Numerative Entry and your Reservation Forms, you will be sent written acknowledgment of their receipt which will be followed by a proforma invoice equal to 20% from the total amount of contracted services.
Outstanding balance from the total amount of contracted services accompanied with nominal list of competitors and hotel rooming list is due by July 21, 2009.
The cancellations or changes must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) to Championships Secretariat.
Full deposit will be refunded in case of any cancellation before July 21, 2009. After this date a cancellation fee of 20 % from the total amount of cancelled services will be charged. There will be no refunds in case of late cancellation after August 21, 2009, or in case of no-shows.
