Inserted race within Dragon Boats Championship for mixed crews of company teams and friends corporations!!!
Crew of 20 paddling members maximum-out of which at least 4 women + drummer.
Steersman supplied by organiser.
Route
500m ! Not 200m as usual. Crews will go at least 2x..
Boats
Organiser provides fleets and racing equipment, it is boats and paddles.
Registration
Because the races are within the Championship, racers registration will be necessary and their name listed before the racing day, which is Friday, 28.8.2009. Captains meeting will also take place that evening, where all the necessary instructions will be explained before the race. All racers will be tagged, so they are allowed to the racing sector, which will also be valid for the rest of the championship.
Trainings
Due to rich programme of the championship, the training boatings will not be possible in the racing track. The possibility of trainings on the other side of the canal, 2000m, are being solved.
Programme
The race takes place on Saturday morning from 9AM, closer specification will base on applications.
Starting Fee
For crews that scored in GP this year it is the same as in GP race, companies 10.000,- and fun teams 5.000,- Kč.
The starting fee is 10.000,-Kč for crews that did not score in GP this year.
Entrance to the area and race-court and entrance to the culture programmes that ends by Monkey Business concert, are within the starting fee for crew members.
