Fees & Charges
All fees, except the Regatta Administration Fee and IDBF Registration Fee, are optional.
Fees and charges will be payable for the following:
- Accommodation
- Transport Fees - that is, Airport to Hotel and return, Hotel to Regatta Centre (daily return)
- Lunch Package Fee
- Dinner Package Fee
- Celebration
- Regatta Administration Fee
- IDBF Registration Fee

Accommodation & Transportation
For accommodation & transportation please see this section under More info on the left side and Download section.
Teams making their own accommodation and transport arrangements will still be required to pay separately for other services and the Championship Regatta Fees.
Transport can be arranged to/from race venues, airport and hotels ordered through the travel organizing officer, upon your request and at an extra cost.
For the Race Site itself, transport entry permits will be given only to Team Buses and Race Officials transport. Teams making their own transport arrangements must apply to the Organising Committee for a Transport Permit. This may be restricted to one Bus (Coach) per crew in a National Team.

Lunch non-package
This will cover lunch for one competition day. Teams can order lunches on a per day basis. There will be catering service providing lunches including soup, hot meal, dessert or salade and a drink. Alternatively, team members can purchase their own food from any of the food outlets at the race site.
Dinner non-package
It will be provided on the same basis as Lunch package fee that is 3-course meal and a drink.
Celebration Party
The Celebration Party on the evening of 30Augt will be held at the Reggata Site. Tickets include dinner, the first drink and live music entertainment and cultural program.
Regatta Fees (Admin and Registration)
Regatta Fees are compulsory for all competing participants, team officials and accredited supporters, for access to the official places and championships village. Regatta Fees are quoted per person and valid throughout the whole championships.
The Regatta Fees consist of the Registration Fee, payable directly to the IDBF and the Championship Admin Fee, payable to the Organizing Committee with the final Named Entries
