Accommodation
In Download section there is a list of the 'Official Hotels' available during your stay. Rooms at special event rates are being held in hotels of different categories which are situated in Prague City Center and the north part of Prague (Račice direction). Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, thereafter they are subject to availability. Hotel rooms with breakfast can be reserved with the Org Com Package or separately.
Please browse through the list and for a reservation complete and send the reservation form as early as possible to the travel organizing officer to accommodation@dragonboat2009.cz or fax it to +420 261 174 307. Reservations by phone cannot be accepted. After receiving your request, the officer will send you room confirmation and all other complementary information.
Please make all bookings for the Official Hotels shown in this Info Bulletin through our travel officer and not directly with the hotels concerned.
ORG COM PACKAGE OFFERS
We recommend you to take advantage of the Organizing Committee´s Package Offers, as described below, which include all the services proposed at very advantageous price.
These packages differ according to number of nights spent (4 or more) and the standard chosen. USD to Euro rate on the day.
Packages are quoted per person including VAT, local taxes, accommodation with breakfast in double room (dorms: 2-4 bedded rooms), Admin fee, transportation from/to Prague airport, daily return transfers to the official race sites, lunches, mementoes and farewell celebration party. Does NOT include IDBF Registration Fee of USD 10, per person or Hotel Dinner costs.

Camping
The place is directly on the race site in Racice (see Maps section)
The area is equipped with electric connection for your own caravans or tents. There are toilets and showers, no kitchen, but we offer you the full board service just on the site incl. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
If you are interested in this option (Package D) please inform the Organizers on the Reservation Form attached to this Info Bulletin. Please be aware that there is limited number of places.
Transportation
Daily transfers to the race site as well as transportation from/ to airport are included in the Official Championships Packages. However, transfers can be ordered separately by participants staying at official hotels as well - see Download section.
Use ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION FORM available in Download section to book your Org Com Package or arrange your own Official Hotel accommodation only.
For the Race Site itself, transport entry permits will be given only to Team Buses and Race Officials transport. Teams making their own transport arrangements must apply to the Organising Committee for a Transport Permit.
Please note: A bike rental service is offered at the Race Site, for price of 10 EUR/day. A deposit of 100 EUR is required from which it will be deduced afterwards. There will be 50 bikes available, so bulk orders or reservations are welcomed at info@dragonboat2009.com.
